Will make these again. Sliced 2 boneless chicken breasts and salted and peppered before dredging in flour. Using them to add to my salads for lunch. We loved these even though I forgot the cheese. Used plain panko flakes and then added herbs to it. Had a cranberry mustard that we used for dipping.
